[sap-career] SAP HCM or ABAP Programming?

Posted by Reshma (Entry-Level) on Jun 1 at 11:59 AM Hi, I am new to SAP and I am currently pursuing ABAP Programming course. I also have completed online training on SAP Basics and SAP HCM from Michael Management Corp, and have the authenticated certificate of completion for this training. I have no prior experience in SAP, and i know companies here in US look only for candidates with experience. The only experience I have is as a HR Administrator in a Retail Industry for about 1.5 yrs. Can you please guide me on how to look for a SAP related job since I am a fresher. However, my goal would not be to immediately move into consulting. Get a few more years end user experience. Especially as a super user. Involve yourself as much as possible with the core team, helping out where possible. With luck, you will be able to put some experience on your resume that is applicable to consulting.
