For your profile only BASIS only suitable. Otherwise if you are interested
in programming go for ABAP. If you do CRM or any other functional modules, It
is very difficult to get a job for your current profile. Market demand is
different. You should choose what is relevant to your profile only. Then,
only you will get a good job.
