@Ramakrishna: So contribute in that SAP CRM career whether shall I take any course in the local institute and work directly at UK or should i have to work a little in any company and gain experience in this.

I got trained in SAP ABAP in my company for 15 days then i was working in SAP ABAP (project environment) from 2008 to 2011(Jan).
I am somewhat ok with analytical skills, still i have only rough idea in the functional part. On my personal interest i like HR side, so I was in confusion whether shall I learn any course in SSAP HR or BI.

Hi Team,

Currently, I am working as ABAP developer. I'd like to switch to functional side. Can you please tell me which one of the following function module 1) HR, 2) CRM 3) BI shall I study so that career growth will be good?

I will be moving to UK in a short period. Can you suggest an option where I can enhance my growth in SAP either in functional side or move back again to the technical side itself? I am not very interested in the technical side itself. Will it be fine if I do some basic course in SAP functional side. I like HR group personally.

Your valuable inputs will be helpful for me. thanks in advance.
