Have you ever heard the expression "physician, heal thyself"? As a counselor you should know what qualifications are applicable to various careers, but you apparently do not. To get into any SAP functional module you need a minimum of 5 years' relevant experience. HR consultants configure the system, set up and maintain master records and compensation schemes (payroll). You have to understand how the system works and what it can and cannot do and how the requirements (business processes) of the organization can be mapped to the procedures in SAP. Do you have any idea of all that? Of course you do not because you do not have RELEVANT experience. What you need to do is to find a job in a company as an HR person and work at learning the subject and, if possible, learn how it translates into SAP terms by getting your hands on the system. After several years of this you might be in a position to think about going to the next step.

I am looking my career in SAP.
I am BSc graduate and now pursuing MBA through distance. I have 2.5yrs experience in administration and 3.5 yrs experience as a Educational Counselor.

Now am planning to change my career. Please suggest which module is suitable for career. I am planning for SAP HR. I got the information from some people that experience is mandatory.
