It is not very polite of you to send us reminders like this, is it? Has it occurred to you that maybe nobody here knows the answers. I certainly do not and I live in Germany. I think you need to make your enquiries elsewhere. For example you could use a search engine to find German universities and then write to them directly. I would start off with the university of Heidelberg since that is located near to SAP's head office and works with SAP on some stuff, but what exactly they do I do not know. It is at least known as a very good university.
