Dear DS_SD :

My short answer and suggestion to you is:

The economically most suitable way for you is that you stay where you are, continue doing your job diligently by using your brain power more than the daily job would requires to increase the positive result in dealing with SAP and to prepare you for the big day in another world of SAP which requires more ability and capacity from you. The time frame would be one to three years from now. Exact point of time for you to make the move is the result of "your preparation meets opportunity."

Extra money and time to spend at this point of time for SAP training and certification delivers only a very poor ROI (Return On Investment). And the question will immediately beg for an acceptable answer: Why do you want to do it to yourself? (You try to do a good thing for yourself at a wrong time). Keep your hard earned money, spend it for good enjoyment of your life and then go back to continue doing the thing that you already start.

Hi! I completed my MBA CRM & Marketing in 2007 and have exp of 4+ years working in following roles:
- I have 1 year exp with a BPO working as a Customer care exec (before my MBA)
- 1.8 years exp working as a Client Servicing Manager with an IT consulting firm
- 1.3 years exp handling Loyalty program for a retail firm (I worked on a CRM system here)
- 6 months exp working in Inside Sales for SAP Business One (I am working on Sage ACT! currently)
Does it make sense for me to go for SAP CRM training and cert? Also, which is a better institute - NIIT, Siemens or Genovate?
