In the US, www.dice.com is often used for technical recruiting. www.monster.com is also a good resource. Do a few searches based on whatever geographical area you plan to settle and that should give you a feel for the market. I have to say, though, that choosing your career based on what is "hot" sounds like a miserable existence. You should find a module in which you are genuinely interested in and passionate or else you will probably not be successful in the long run.
