RE:[sap-career] SAP CRM Training and Certification

Hi USER_2495737,

I have contacted Siemens, but they are the least helpful training institute and as per my research con the web, they don't help you in placements also.

My major question is whether I should do SAP SD or SAP CRM? I have worked on 2 CRM systems (not SAP).

Hi! I completed my MBA CRM & Marketing in 2007 and have exp of 4+ years working in following roles:
- I have 1 year exp with a BPO working as a Customer care exec (before my MBA)
- 1.8 years exp working as a Client Servicing Manager with an IT consulting firm
- 1.3 years exp handling Loyalty program for a retail firm (I worked on a CRM system here)
- 6 months exp working in Inside Sales for SAP Business One (I am working on Sage ACT! currently)
Does it make sense for me to go for SAP CRM training and cert? Also, which is a better institute - NIIT, Siemens or Genovate?
