Hi Asad, Good advice given to you by shanank, User_..., Rajesh, vikal! Just to add to it - 1. Go for class room coaching - You shall benefit from the questions, comments by other students, you can make a study group with some students & practice, senior students would be able to guide you. 2. One of the most important is to have a "GOOD" instructor with real time experience. Choose your training institute after have a demo session with the instructor 3. If possible, don't leave your current job. When you are 100% sure about going in to SAP, then maybe you can leave your job and go for SAP Good luck, Typewriter
