Naveen, First look at the jobs market: are there openings for people in customization in the area you want to work, or for end users, or both? Are you willing to travel or move to work away from where you now live? Rather than thinking about what you would prefer to do and trying to find a job doing that, you will have more chance of success if you look for what employers want and adapt to meet their needs. Or rather than straight into customisation, how about a support role where you are dealing with help calls, learning by experience the type of issues people get with SAP FICO and the ways to resolve them? Some might need customization but some will not, and you could be working alongside more experienced analysts from whom you could learn. Rather than an end user employer have you considered an agency where you would work on new implementations, as an associate alongside experienced consultants? Often individual employers want SAP work experience as well as qualifications. Have you completed the full certification track for FICO or only some of the modules? There are many considerations and a variety of options for you. David

If you are confident that you can handle customizations, implementation etc ( and feel that you have already gained adequate domain knowledge of all business processes ) , then you can aim at something better than an end user's job. b. If market conditions in Italy ( am not aware of the same ) make it difficult for you to get a better job, then go with the market trend and accept any available job ( even that of an end user ).
