Totally unrealistic advice, sorry. He has sales and marketing experience. Configuring SD or CRM or BI all require in depth business process experience. He may try but he is going to fall flat on his face. Yes, he can learn enough to get certified but he is just not going to get a job in the field and will end up moaning on here that he cannot get started. Is that what you want?
