I agree with Mr. Deepak. There is no point in telling what is ideal . It is better to be on the practical side. Do you frankly think after 45, you can ever get an enty into consulting field in India. You can sit and dream. That is a fact.

Don't think like a crab.

There is always worth for experience and confidence. and opportunities in
SAP are more for people having knowledge on business processes than
knowledge on software.

SAP needs more Consultants than Configuratures (usually fresh graduates).
