I agree with Mr.Roy..i think age is not certain limit for individual growth..even my dad stood up in job at the age of 51 & now he is good at his work..if he is really willing to do job in sap then he can.. i think so..

Deepak,

I have to say I disagree with you. I got into SAP at the age of 48 and now, 15 years later, I am more in demand than ever because I am now an acknowledged expert in my field. I have a friend and colleague who is over 70 and still going strong (also in FI-CO). Age can be a barrier if you let it be, or if applying for a permanent job where employers only want 25 year-olds but with 20 years experience. Maybe they are cheaper than us oldies and maybe an employer thinks we will turn up our toes before he has gotten his money's worth out of us, but as a consultant age, maturity and experience actually seem to be advantages.

Regards, Roy
