It is pretty much always a catch-22. The other thing is that you do not always get feedback after an interview. And, many times when you do get some feedback from the interview of why you were not chosen, they do not often give the real reason. It could be anything that the interviewers didn't quite like or feel comfortable with.
Do I follow correctly that you currently work in a place that has SAP?
Have you tried to get into the FI functional area there?
Any class will not hurt. But, they could still give you the catch-22. You now have the training but not the job-experience.
In the end, you need to keep trying if that is what you want to go into.

I think an accountant with years of SAP experience and a good sharp brain and open mind is as good option for a junior FICO role as any freshly graduated IT person.
Seems to be the eternal catch 22 - no experience therefore no job and you will not get the job because you have no experience...
Somebody can help me to break this? |
