Initially I thought I should take up Basis owing to my prior experience in Administration. However my interest towards administration is not that much due to rotating work hours and other flexibility constraints in most of the companies. I'm also inclined towards BW as I wanted to get into software oriented jobs. I was searching in some job sites and could see that there are more opportunities for Basis than BW so the chances are more for Basis if am not wrong...Also, during my research I found out that there are very few projects for BW in my company (BTW I work for a major Blue chip company) and there are very limited people and hence the scope is less for me to get into those if I try internally. I would need your advice as to which one should I opt for. I know it is difficult but since I'm considering this as a start up I do not want to consider my past experience and would like to go ahead after I know which one is best. Thanks for your feedback in advance. Regards, Ramesh | | Reply to this email to post your response. __.____._ | _.____.__ |
