"A BA graduate with good exposure and work experience can do an equally good job as that of a research scholar, if not any better" No doubt that experience is the best teacher, but also research shows that experience has a trend of diminishing marginal returns. Here we are not degrading or comparing anyone! It is just about giving opportunities to those who can bring a novelty in the long run. It is true that most of the companies seek short-term solutions. Anyway different people have different views, experience and education both are important, but a working approach of more educated person is different than an experienced and less educated person!
