Lalit,
I assume you are in to SAP HR Functional area (not sure about the module though/how many years). Why you would like to move from functional to ABAP. As a functional person it's always good to know ABAP code /Debugging etc. but moving into technical not sure about that. Generally the movement is other way around (technical to functional to become techno functional). I would suggest to get more deep into HR like Payroll etc.
