Lalit,
I would suggest to get more deeper into Payroll (most demanding module in SAP HR) and learn SAP ABAP HR coding (to get into technofunctional area). You just have 2.3 yrs. exp. just focus on the same modules which you have been working on and business implecation associated to those modules so that you can master on them.
