OK, its this simple. If you go to the functional side, you start over as a
newbie with no experience! You have to totally rebuild your resume and it
will be ugly hard. I don't know about you, but I'd have to have a hell of a
reason to take me out of a successful career in ABAP and into a very
uncertain career in functional.

I got trained in SAP ABAP in my company for 15 days then i was working in SAP ABAP (project environment) from 2008 to 2011(Jan).
I am somewhat ok with analytical skills, still i have only rough idea in the functional part. On my personal interest i like HR side, so I was in confusion whether shall I learn any course in SSAP HR or BI. |
