OK, its this simple. If you go to the functional side, you start over as a newbie with no experience! You have to totally rebuild your resume and it will be ugly hard. I don't know about you, but I'd have to have a hell of a reason to take me out of a successful career in ABAP and into a very uncertain career in functional. Neal
