That is the strangest story I've ever heard... Sorry! Anyway, the PS module is highly under represented. This is however because to requires sound knowledge of FICO to do it correctly and second to PS FICO is the hardest module out there. Now, back to the real question: If you complete your certification and complete your first implementation as a functional analyst for PS AND you come out of the project with really good references, you should be able to make it as a PS functional. The first 5 years will be a tough row, you'll be in an ideal position. The problem of course is getting that first project and surviving it with GOOD references. Neal PS: I would have expected you to go for PM or QM, not PS...

Well I'm a Civil Engineer and after completing my civil engineering I did my MBA in Construction Management. Right now, I m working for a construction firm that implements SAP for small and mid size Construction companies(Ind). I m working as a management trainee over here and I will be trained for a period of 1 year. I have taken up SAP-PS module to work upon as I felt that would suit my background perfectly. I was offered this profile(SAP implementation) immediately after my MBA degree. What are my options from now on and future career prospects after undergoing training in any of the implementation projects? I felt SAP would really give a boost to my career and hence stepped into this. Am I in the correct direction? Please help. Regards Varun | | __.____._ Copyright © 2011 Toolbox.com and message author.
