Dear amit12403123 Your knowledge, based on your "BSc(Maths)", is certainly helpful in the application of SAP MM and you already have "1.9 Years experience in purchase under SAP MM module". In what part of i.e. the procurement or material management process are you involving? If you participate strongly in the crucial parts of it, where you are a key person, you do not have to do much to enjoy the success of your job. A key person is one who is able to identify the needs requested by any other party, resolve emerging or expected problems within the MM on functional and personal level. A key person must be furthermore able to keep keen eye(s) (at least one, the other one can be blind from time to time) on the whole picture of an ideal expectation regarding the economic outcome of the whole process using SAP MM as one of many tools. There are therefore two options that are worthy to consider: <!--[if !supportLineBreakNewLine]--> <!--[endif]--> Option Number One: Maintain your current position within the SAP environment, and if you are not a key person yet: Work hard and make your creative intelligence useful to you. The only missing part of your success that will increase is then the time. And nobody can stop the time. Consequently, your success on a high level is a certainty. Option Number Two: If your mind is set to become more involved with "purer" SAP, you are welcome to pursuit. But with the decision to leave your current position (which takes immediately away all the advantages and opportunities that you have a firm access to) you are on your own and bad luck (not only one but it can come in multiple versions) is just around the corner to greet you and to spend a long time with you. Do not forget that Option Number One does not exclude the opportunity for you to become more involved with "purer" SAP and your goal of being able to implement and, one big day, to proudly decorate yourself with the title of "Consultant for SAP MM".
