Dear Reshma:

You are at the beginning of our chosen career with SAP. You already possess the first useful knowledge about SAP and what SAP can do for the company that pays a large amount of money for it. Your first two certifications of SAP Basics and SAP HCM demonstrate evidence of your willingness and preparation to enter the market.

If you please read responses to other people in similar circumstances like yours (How to get into the SAP market as beginner etc.), it would be helpful to you, because it would be boring and useless for other readers on this forum to recognize the existence of same or similar answers (And even you do not want to spend time here on this forum if there is no efficiency either.). I assure you that the majority of advices and discussions come from people who are experienced enough to be your advisors. Read them all and process, not only effectively but efficiently, the information and the intent within.

Should you are not able to find an answer to your specific question or situation and/or circumstance, I am certain that you will find an open ear and eye on this forum that professionally satisfies your justified request.

Hi,

I am new to SAP and I am currently pursuing ABAP Programming course. I also have completed online training on SAP Basics and SAP HCM from Michael Management Corp, and have the authenticated certificate of completion for this training. I have no prior experience in SAP, and i know companies here in US look only for candidates with experience. The only experience I have is as a HR Administrator in a Retail Industry for about 1.5 yrs. Can you please guide me on how to look for a SAP related job since I am a fresher. Your guidance will be highly appreciated. Thank You.
