Hi Reshma,

If your able to make sure these points you will get it clear your self.

1) If your technically good i.e programing then you can go for SAP ABAP then
HR ABAP if your interested into HCM modules.
2) If you have HR domain experience, then better go for SAP HR functional
training, and try for jobs in functional side.

Hi,

I am new to SAP and I am currently pursuing ABAP Programming course. I also have completed online training on SAP Basics and SAP HCM from Michael Management Corp, and have the authenticated certificate of completion for this training. I have no prior experience in SAP, and i know companies here in US look only for candidates with experience. The only experience I have is as a HR Administrator in a Retail Industry for about 1.5 yrs. Can you please guide me on how to look for a SAP related job since I am a fresher. Your guidance will be highly appreciated. Thank You.
