Dear sir,

How can i get the full knowledge in a single module.i could not get configuration knowledge only functional knowledge is sufficient.
Please clear my quarries.
--> what's the mean of full knowledge. & functional knowledge
--> there is jobs in the market for me with the current experience & knowledge & company can hire me.
--> how much companies can pay with this experience.
-->is it possible to get full certification training with the job.

please help me.

Dear Experts,
I am working in construction(Highway ) from last 1.9 year in planning & QS department on SAP and they here 20000 P/M
Here I am handling combination of different –different modules SD/PS/MM/PP and have partial knowledge but don't have good and entire knowledge and more experience in a single module
but now I want to change and work in IT company only on a single module.
Now I have completed MCA from distance education and educational qualification is MSc(Statistics) and have .net certification from Microsoft.
Please suggest me the correct way and how can I change the line. because future is not bright here and now joy of life.
