Starting to take the courses is a good idea no matter how your career goes. However, my goal would not be to immediately move into consulting. Get a few more years end user experience. Especially as a super user. Involve yourself as much as possible with the core team, helping out where possible. With luck, you will be able to put some experience on your resume that is applicable to consulting. It will give you a big leg up when the time comes to convert over. Neal
