The companies in the market are not obliged to offer you a job and SAP is not obliged to help you in finding one. Certification is not provided by SAP as a job-seeking aid but as a stamp of quality on existing consultants. The fact that you choose to go for certification before you have any relevant and marketable experience is your decision, and you take the consequences. Employers want to hire experienced consultants who can add value. You should get your domain and business process experience first, then become a consultant and finally get certified to put the seal of approval on your consultancy skills, and not the other way around. So many people think that they can go get certified and then the world owes them a job. No it does not. Employers will want to hire you if you have the skills and experience that they are looking for. That is the fact of the matter.

True. Its hard to find a job after getting certified also. Though SAP does not gaurantee job, they should suggest the companies to go for the SAP Certifed professionals. Or, a project training for 1 months with all the tools available, A Live Implementation Project or a support project. I too have completed my SAP Certification in MM in March, 2011 and still looking for a job. And, until and unless you are in to a real project, you can answer all the questions....
