Please go for ABAP module in SAP as it will be the best suited for your
profile.
Since you have done a BTech in Computer Science and have good exposure to
Java, ABAP will be beneficial for you it requires a person with a
programming background.
Jobs in ABAP are plenty in the job market as compared to other functional
modules of SAP, as demand for ABAP consultants are high. Hence finding a
good job in this domain should not be concern for you.
