Not every project is a complete implementation. Sometimes the whole project is (for instance) to add the configuration for a newly purchased set of warehouses. Only one configurer/analyst is needed for this project, but he has to manage all of the project needs. Your lead is going to assign that and never look back (and if he does have to look back, someone is getting fired). That's what I mean. Neal
