I hope we shall get an answer to your question from SAP Consultant (the poster).
"100% placement assistance"
- is one of the goodies that are thrown during the "selling process"
- which could mean very little to nothing. E.g. in the fine print you could have: Placement assistance = the placement manager of the training institute would dedicate 10 hours per student calling up various companies trying to get an interview for a student.
When 10 hours are done, then 100% placement assistance has been given!
- having said the above, I would also like to highlight dedicated trainers, training institutes who are doing a service to SAP by coaching, mentoring "the new generation" of SAP professionals.
The important take-away is ALMOST NO one can give 100% placement guarantee. A "new-entry" to SAP should create a good knowledge-base, competent & value-adding relevant skills and he/she shall succeed (sooner or later).
