Dear Kumar,

As you have not mentioned SAP in your question but it seems you are interested in SAP. As you posted in this forum by the way as per your background I don't recommend you go for SAP. First go for any database admin such as ORACLE DB. Then you can switch to SAP as per your background.

Basically I am from Government, for the past 20 years in the field of DTP and printing press area. Now for the past 3 years as System Manager and looking after computerisation of our department without any IT support team (one man show).
1. To implement e-Governance in our Office (both Administration & Production). What is the suitable IT practice for me?.
2. What is the suitable IT practice to switch over to any MNC co.?
