Dear rohansameer:

In a small number of previous correspondences, both you and I have found that you are planning to go into the direction of SAP NETWEAVER BUSINESS PROCESS MANAGEMENT. We have discussed shortly about what is the minimum of need for some one to be successful in that area.

The cold (and untested) water is waiting for you. And you will survive because your mind is set for the journey.

Plan ahead when you still have the luxury of time to plan;
Calculate and build the risk of undertaking into your plan;
Put all your efforts into realizing your plan;
And do like the Germans do: Blitz Krieg! (after you have planned).

For your planning: Visit the SAP website because there is a wealth of information offered to you for free of charge. The website is: http://www.sap.com/platform/netweaver/components/s apnetweaverbpm/index.epx
