If you have experience why shall you try for cmm-level companies? Many SAP
trained candidates are in full of fed up with SAP fresher all companies.
Are asking exps and many companies asking bond of 2 lak dd, if you are in
sound in financial if your interest is on start with tutorial/institute you
can do better.

When you have real-time experience 2.1 years in SAP-ABAP then what's the
purpose of coming to trainer position.
Are you bored with ABAP coding job. In such case you always move to other
module like BI/BO etc.

And about salary at SIEMENS, etc.it would be around 10 to 12 K per day.
Rs.1 lac is min, you will earn more salary.
