Hi Neelam,

It depends upon the trainer. If the trainer is able to explain the business
process, scenarios and mapping it in SAP, then classroom training is better
than online courses. You can attend SAP authorized training centers in your
area.

If you want to do SAP FICO, there are better opportunities for accounts professionals. If you'll practice, you'll get a good job in SAP. Hyderabad is the good location.
