I agree with the original responder. I perform as both a project manager & support our PS implementation, and other than similarity in name, the two are worlds apart.

It's like asking if a person that works in AR can configure FICO. AR is a minor part of the FICO module and of course an AR clerk has never configured anything. In the same sense, Project Management is sometimes done with SAP PS. However, there is so very much more involved. Additionally, there is no reason to believe that a project manager has ever configured anything like SAP. So, could you do it? Probably...
