In order to get in to SAP (or anything) luck plays its role! In job interviews, you would have to present your strengths which would make you the preferred candidate (even if you don't a graduation degree). Most important things you could highlight to your potential employer might be - your past SAP experience, your capabilities (training etc.) & your level of motivation+commitment. Good luck!
