Hi Sam,

I have found your posts interesting & thus wanted to share my thoughts.

I think here are 2 different goals - one, business venture of starting a SAP training school & two, learning a module (SD or ....)

Choosing one of these goals (at a time) and concentrating on it would be the way I would go forward. Trying to learning a module and working on starting a SAP training school in Ghana would be too big a work load & they are not "in the same direction" i.e. learning a module is specific & focused; starting a training school is management, strategy, looking at the bigger picture, attracting customers etc.

Goal 2 - SAP training school - Make a trip to India see & learn the business model of "low cost" training institutes.
Think about a training school combining Online and class room training
Identify and try to recruit the best teachers in various modules, from all over the world; and provide Online quality training in your school
Make tie ups with these big multinationals, so that your students can do SAP project (test) by get real-time scenarios from these companies.

After you have put in the first 2 years of establishing your school (or sooner) think of learning a module, if you personally want to.

Goal 1 - Learning SD module - check out Magna Training. The instructor Siva is good. Furthermore, they give some free demo sessions to "test the waters"

Thank you very much Tran. Very useful advice. Will keep you posted. One other thing. I like business ventures and making money. I want to establish an SAP training school in Ghana. Can you find guys who are interested in such a venture in Ghana so we can train guys for the west African subregion? A few guys have started an online training which is beamed from India. Please think it through.
