Will you be able to put it on your resume? If called about the work
experience, will they say that you were programming for a productive
client? Will you be able to get a reference?

If you can't say yes to all of these, then you should definitely leave
them. Even if you can, I still think it's risky.

i just joined an SAP implemented company. I was hired on training just for 5k per mnth, and I'm not on the payroll, or a contract.

I have completed my three month training and they have asked me to either leave the company or continue for two more months, not on payroll or contract. I have been developing ABAP applications. In the three months span and during my training have learned a lot about ABAP.

Now my dilemma is whether to stay with this company for another 3 months, knowing as a fresher it is almost impossible to get another job.

Do you think my training period will be counted as ABAP experience during my job search?
There is very little guarantee that this company will hire me on a contract basis.

So, should I leave and look for another job in some other domain, or should I switch to SAP ABAP?
