Again, SAP HANA is very new. Few, if any have implemented and it's a hard sell to migrate over to it - the company has to be on the "bleeding edge" of SAP to even think of it. We are a big SAP shop and had considered it for a few months, but it fell through.
On the other hand, if you get in on the ground floor, you will have a skill few others would have. There are thousands of experienced ABAP developers looking for work. You may not want to be a fresher in that pool.
