Hi Neal, yes, I agree with you, thanks for encouragement. Knowing things in theory is not the same as seeing them in practice, that is for sure. But I always have to keep my eyes on the market too - I might expect one piece of my portfolio to be valuable and an inetrviewer/recruiter might find an another piece interesting. One need to do reality-checks from time to time, I believe. I am really happy with your solution in the best answer as this would provide a smooth transition and is a logical and natural next step :) Thanks again, Kate_

Hi Guys, There was a recent post entitled "SAP Trainer or SAP End User Job" here from a guy (or so I presume) in India. Few answers had mentioned that _end_user_experience_did_not_count with employers when hiring for consultants. I wonder could somebody tell me what the situation is in Europe (Ireland) as I have 10+ yrs domain experience and a good brain and lot of work in me, but find difficult to even get shortlisted. May this all be not enough? Can I do anything to improve my chances? Thanks, Kate | | __.____._ Copyright © 2011 Toolbox.com and message author. Toolbox.com 4343 N.
