Charlotte, with thanks there does not seem to be any such thing as SAP Rookie in Ireland. David, the path you laid out seems to be reasonable enough, but the hurdle I have to get through is that consulting companies do prefer somebody with implementation experience therefore the best answer (for me) is from Neal, as his fits to my current poistion most. Debashish, I always had the feeling that my domain experience years would get discounted here in Europe too, so thanks for the kind info from India - there might be few similarities on the 2 markets. Thanks for all again. Kate_

Hi Guys, There was a recent post entitled "SAP Trainer or SAP End User Job" here from a guy (or so I presume) in India. Few answers had mentioned that _end_user_experience_did_not_count with employers when hiring for consultants. I wonder could somebody tell me what the situation is in Europe (Ireland) as I have 10+ yrs domain experience and a good brain and lot of work in me, but find difficult to even get shortlisted. May this all be not enough? Can I do anything to improve my chances? Thanks, Kate | | __.____._ Copyright © 2011 Toolbox.com and message author. Toolbox.com 4343 N.
