Hi, First of all I would like thank you for your prompt response and great advice. I am sorry for not being more clear in my description of my job role Roy. My role was an SAP CRM end user service support. The above mentioned responsibilities were appointed to me by my manager, rather I used to assist him in the following he did such as training new hires on the SAP CRM application, migration of data, etc. It is through him that I gained the knowledge in basic CRM tasks post implementation / go live and a keen interest and passion for sap cm and have made my career goal and move to become an SAP CRM consultant. Yes, I will need to market myself well and make a very good Resume as well. But I would like to know if me having the SAP CRM end user experience would be in my stride after I complete my certification of course, be harder for me to get a job or less harder ? Neal, so as I understand what you are saying is that I should state in my resume that I was a side position where I was also a part of the implementation team ? Please explain what you mean by I would have to explain to my employer as a condition to be allowed to help the configuration team. So can I take it that getting certified would be an added advantage and since I have SAP end user experience which is domain experience would be an advantage for employers to give me a chance ? Thank you once again for your advice and all the help in making my decision ! Regards, Shahalam khan.

Hi All, I would like to know if SAP End User experience is enough reason for me to pursue a SAP CRM functional certification course via siemens. I have about 2.2 years of SAP End user experience during which I also helped with migration of data from legacy systems to the sap systems and also help with support after go live and trouble shooting basic crm tickets as well and also training, etc. I have also done sap courses in SD, FI and CRM Functional from small time institutes, which was a waste of time, money and false promises, but I have gained knowledge in the above mentioned modules on my own and with a little help from the trainers and course content. I have enrolled myself with Siemens for a batch next month for SAP CRM Functional certification and I am quite uncertain as to what the future holds after the certification as it is a big investment, as i have heard and done my research online and Certified freshers don't have it easy for them do understand my dilemma. Please advice! | | __.____._ Copyright © 2011 Toolbox.com and message author. Toolbox.com 4343 N. Scottsdale Road Suite 280, Scottsdale, AZ 85251 | | Popular White Papers In the Spotlight _.____.__ |
