Hi Neal, Sorry for phrasing it incorrectly. Yes, I did do all of that on the job as you mentioned, however my main role on the job was that of as a sap end user. I will add that point to my profile saying it was on the job that i did help and assist with the post implementation support work as that is in fact what I did and I do have the reference of my manager to that back that as well. But for certain, don't make less of it. I'm a project manager who supervises multiple ABAPer's. If I have a Cobol'er that I take under my wing to start showing them the ABAP ropes. That's called on the job training. The important words here are "on the job". That means that it also qualifies as experience. So, if they are doing 1/4 of their time with me for 4 months, then they get 1 month of experience out of it. If I like what they did, they also get me as a reference...
