Here is the answer to your request:

SAP certainly is powerful in its usefulness as system and mainly ERP Package. It is one of most recognized performance in the ERP market in the world. But SAP does not and would not be able to reach a level where it can be taught or studied on a Master's Degree level at a university.

Another reason is that the vast majority of German Universities are public or State institutions. Alone from this stand point they legally are not allowed to promote any private purpose (to support SAP by teaching it for example). It therefore is not to expect that you would be able to study for a Master's Degree in SAP.

On the other hand there are many other acceptable ways for you to build your expertise. One of them is that you study for a Master's Degree with emphasis in software aspects (e.g. SAP).

German Universities offer to you, for example:


Diplom-Informatik
(equivalence of Master's Degree in IT)

Diplom-Kaufman
(equivalence of Master's Degree in Economics)

Diplom-Wirtschaftsingenieur with emphasis on IT
(equiavalence of a Master's Degree in Economics and a Master's Degree in IT).

Because German Universities are in their vast majority public of State institutions and the (good) German way of thinking that education is a task that the State has to master for the commonwealth of the nation, the costs of study at German Universities are almost at one of the lowest level in the world (or it is free).

As a student coming from a nation other than German-speaking countries (there are not too many countries in the world where German is a viable language in daily (business) life) one should seriously consider the needed time and effort to understand the German language and the ability to adopt German mentality. To be fluent in speaking and understanding German language to pursuit a study on Master's Level one must spend year(s) before she/he can finally start the study.

At the end of your expectation and calculation (in respect to study time, cost etc?) a prior your start you must be able to draw an intelligent conclusion for your own and particular case.
