1. What are you naturally good at?

2. What kind of jobs are available with answer to point 1? Can these jobs give you good financial returns in 5 years of you working in that field/job?

3. Make a 5 year plan - with career change do not think about immediate salary, etc.; think of trying to give more and more to the employer and you shall get more.

I am 42 years of age and confused about my career direction i am graduate and Diploma in s/w engineering with approx 12 years of experience in mid level companies i worked in marketing,mis,erp implementation,business intelligence consultant with various companies but not able to manage decent salary and good company please suggest which should be my next direction in terms of career advancement do i need some more qualification like sap certification or MBA it thru DLP, In sap Which is better functional or technical or BI
