1. What are you naturally good at? 2. What kind of jobs are available with answer to point 1? Can these jobs give you good financial returns in 5 years of you working in that field/job? 3. Make a 5 year plan - with career change do not think about immediate salary, etc.; think of trying to give more and more to the employer and you shall get more.
