Apart from the good advise given by Swapnesh and Srinivas, there could be a "salary dip" if you choose to enter SAP.

From my personal experience, MBA education does not benefit a SAP functional consultant directly.
MBA might be benefitting you now a great deal. In your senior position you might be having to decide strategy, lead people, manage time & resources of your team. On the other hand, functional consultant would be benefitted by analytical thinking (e.g. step 1 then step 2 then ....; in step1 printout is needed etc.) communication (verbal and non-verbal = writing documents) & system knowledge (SD knowledge E.g. if the user wants billing to be checked and then passed then billing block functionality has to be used).

So, I would suggest rather than re-learning MBA course, go straight for SD related material. (if you choose to enter SD)

It is sufficient to learn SAP SD . The only thing is you should understand
the sales process and logical thinking is important to map the business
requirement in SAP. the concept is understanding the business requirement
and mapping it in SAP as per their requirement. i hope you can do it. you
might have come across different sales scenarios in your domain and business
types like different contracts and all. so, analyze yourself and if you have
confidence that you can accept challenges in SAP then proceed for a career
in SAP SD.
