Kate,

Look for companies that are implementing SAP. See if you can get them to take you as a super user and trainer, but ask to be allowed to help out the implementation team. Then you start recording everything that you do for the implementation. It goes on your resume!

Pretty soon, you've got experience and qualify as a Junior.

At some point, I expect you'll have to get configurational training also.

Hi Guys,

There was a recent post entitled "SAP Trainer or SAP End User Job" here from a guy (or so I presume) in India.

Few answers had mentioned that _end_user_experience_did_not_count with employers when hiring for consultants.

I wonder could somebody tell me what the situation is in Europe (Ireland) as I have 10+ yrs domain experience and a good brain and lot of work in me, but find difficult to even get shortlisted.

May this all be not enough?

Can I do anything to improve my chances?
