RE:[sap-career] SAP HANA or SAP ABAP

Dear friends,

HANA is at a prototype stage of development with SAP. My company is the
first customer of SAP to develop an application around HANA (which has not
gone live yet).

Firstly, it is a change more at the hardware/ database level rather than
the application level, so ABAP or HANA is not the right question. ABAP is
at the application level.

HANA does have a lot of potential for SAP applications as it results in
much faster performance of the database, and SAP is going to evolve its
applications around the HANA architecture going forward.

We appreciate your comment. If you see in US and Europe, Big MNC's Customer has already implemented HANA like HP,IBM Etc....
