Just try yourself doing training online and start from here.
To be honest I dont really understand what drives you this direction, but its ok, you are probably some kind of good person and bored enough with what you do already. You are just sitting and doing with one hand things that other people would scream to be able to do.
Having seen your activity on this forum I understand that you just like to share your knowledge and experience. I think that you already have an audience – people who would be happy to be your students. You can use gotomeeting or other online meeting facility and do an interactive training. You dont need to maintain good eye contact ;-), but your students can help you to work out your teaching skills (in terms of proper transfer of knowledge) sharing with you how they understand the way you teach. You are already very good – apart from your great experience you have a lot of patience and understanding, tolerance and respect toward different approaches to some problems, I've already seen this. Your answers are clear, exhaustive and just to the point.
Teaching is not difficult if you know what is the scope and if you are passionate about what you are doing. Just think that other people- your students have the same passion.
Think about it, I believe that it would be a good start for you to try whether you like it or not. And you would be working with people who already have a clue what is this about, who you can help and who can help you . Your real life experience is much much more valuable then any other 10 and more years of teaching skills.
I think that you can find on this forum a group of people who would join your training and who will really appreciate this opportunity.
