Reply from DivyaDave on Jan 6 at 2:08 PM Hi Neeraj, I have been going through your queries. I did my certification from NIIT Hyderabad, in August 2011. I hold 3.5 years of domain experience in hr and took up this course the same way you intended, i.e. to boost my profile and make myself sellable. The truth is Companies would definitely respect your experience and yes to an extent would reward you accordingly in regards to Salary. But please understand that getting a job immediately is very tough even though we would have the certification to boost our profile. In order to be a little different from others, please do your groundwork properly on the basics and implementation part and then go for the certification. Because, what my friends tell me MM is difficult and clearing the certification the first time is tough. So as suggested earlier by someone on the group. Please do approach some good institutes who train you on the implementation part, integration and then go for the course i.e. the certification. And yes do get certified, because even with the certification, it is tough to get the job. Getting the job showing just mere training in one of non-authorized centers without any experience in SAP will not give us the kind of jobs we want at least for a while. I hope I have made my point. All the best, and choose accordingly. Regards, Divya
