Usually those institutes will give training for certification. If you are certified SAP professional, definitely a added advantage for you. ADP like companies will absorb you, once you get certification. But, before going training for certification try to join sap training in normal institute for 2 month and go for training for certification in one of the authorized SAP partners like, GENOVIT, ASH TECHNOLOGIES, NIIT, SIEMANS.
